All prices are in US dollars. Build work is priced per Milestone after the Scope Call, so the card shows where a Package starts.

Want a number for your idea? The Ballpark calculator sizes a project by screens and features in about 30 seconds.

How pricing works

A Ballpark first, then a fixed price per Milestone

  • Ballpark

A rough, non-binding range for time and budget. You get one instantly from the calculator, and a better one at the end of the Scope Call.

  • Milestone

A slice of the build with its own deliverables and acceptance criteria, such as sign-up and payments, or the admin panel.

  • Milestone Price

The binding price for one Milestone, agreed in writing before it starts. Later Milestones keep a Ballpark until they are priced.

  • When the scope changes

If you change what a Milestone must do, we price the change in writing before we build it. Nothing is invoiced that you didn't agree to.

How payment works

What you pay, and when

  1. Day 1

    Free Scope Call

A 30-minute call with a senior developer. You leave with Product Requirements and a Ballpark. It costs nothing.

  2. After the call

    Clickable Prototype or Code Audit

We send an invoice: $100–$300 for a Clickable Prototype, depending on scope, or $300 for a Code Audit. Work starts when the payment arrives.

  3. Per Milestone

    Build Milestones

Each Milestone gets a fixed price in writing before it starts. You pay per Milestone, as working software is delivered.

  4. Monthly

    After launch

Support Plans and the Dedicated Developer are invoiced monthly. Support Plans run month to month, and a Dedicated Developer can be cancelled with 2 weeks' notice.

What's credited

What counts towards your project

  • The Scope Call is always free, whether or not you go ahead.
  • The Clickable Prototype fee is credited in full against a follow-on project signed within 60 days.
  • The Code Audit fee is credited in full against the AI App Rescue work that follows, on the same terms.
  • Bugs found in the 30 days after launch are fixed at no extra cost.
  • You can pause or stop with 2 weeks' notice and keep everything built and paid for so far.
  • The full rules for paid first steps are in the Prototype & Code Audit Terms.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does an MVP cost?

An MVP Launch with Nexera AI starts from $4,500 and usually takes 2–4 weeks. A typical small-to-mid MVP costs $4.5k–9k with us, compared with $40k–80k at a typical agency.

How much does it cost to fix an app built with AI tools?

It starts with a $300 Code Audit, delivered in 3 business days, which tells you what to keep, what to fix and what it costs. The fixes are then priced per Milestone, and the audit fee is credited if you continue.

How much does a clickable prototype cost?

A Clickable Prototype costs $100–$300, depending on the number of screens, and takes about 5 business days after the Scope Call. The fee is credited in full if you go on to build with us.

Why is an AI-native studio cheaper than a traditional agency?

AI writes most of the code against written specs, and one or two senior developers steer and review it. You pay for senior judgement, not for a large team's hours.

Do you charge by the hour?

Only for a full-time Dedicated Developer, from $35 per hour. Everything else is priced per Package and per Milestone, in writing, before work starts.

Is the price fixed?

Each Milestone has a fixed price in writing before it starts. Later Milestones carry a Ballpark until they are priced, so the total only changes if the scope does.

What does support cost after launch?

Essential costs $150 a month for about 5 developer hours, and Growth $600 a month for about 20 hours. Both run month to month.

How do I pay?

By invoice. Prototypes and Code Audits are invoiced after the Scope Call, build work per Milestone as it's delivered, and Support Plans monthly.
